Weight: 68.3kg (0.2kg difference)

  • Waist: 77cm (+3cm difference)
  • Bust: 92.5cm (+1cm difference)
  • Chest: 79cm (+1cm difference)
  • Hips: 90cm (1cm difference)
  • Thighs: 61cm
  • Calf: 36cm
  • Forearm: 24.5cm (0.5cm difference)
  • Bicep: 28.5cm (0.5cm difference)

Pretty disappointed with most of those figures, but it inspires me to pick up the slack this week. Also, I don’t think the way I’m measuring is consistent so I’m going to try something new next week.
