I had a bad week this week; bad enough that I’m not going to post this week’s weigh in. Let’s just say it was in the plus. I over-ate.
This week, I’m focusing on my caloric intake and I’m changing my exercise routine to the following:
Monday: 1 hour run
Tuesday: Body Balance
Wednesday: 1 hour run
Thursday: Body Balance
Friday: 1 hour run
Saturday: Rest day...
Calf raises
3 sets of 15 reps at 15kg of standing calf raises. Ouch.
